I approach people with openness and on equal terms. Honest, direct, and empathetic communication is the foundation for trust and genuine change. For many years, I have supported people in their personal development and created spaces where clarity emerges and new perspectives become possible.
This work is not just a job for me, but a central part of what motivates me.
Background + Experience
For over 10 years, I have worked with leaders at all levels – from operational management to the C-suite – addressing professional challenges, decision-making processes, and personal development. My work encompasses leadership development, leadership effectiveness, and coaching in individual and team settings within complex organizational contexts.
In addition, I bring my own experience as a manager in an international environment within a global corporation and know the dynamics of leadership not only from mentoring but also from my own practice.
These perspectives are incorporated into my coaching and enable me to quickly grasp even complex situations and structure them together with my clients.
How I work + My Focus Areas
I work systemically, consistently incorporating the respective professional and personal context into the coaching process. This focuses on patterns, dynamics, and interactions that shape behavior and decisions.
Depending on the issue, solution-oriented, psychodynamic, and body-oriented perspectives are incorporated into the work to access both cognitive and emotional levels. In acute situations, I also work with clear, stabilizing interventions.
